Assisted Living is a residential setting that encourages independence, focusing on the resident's strengths to reach their individual potential. We offer three levels of care for assisted living and also offer a secured dementia care environment. The level of care is based on the activities of daily living for the resident. Each level of care is offered to assist the resident with the amount of assistance they may require.
The activities of daily living at Cameron Hall are developed to provide quality resident care. The activities of daily living are as follows: ambulation, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, medication assistance, and dining. Upon admission, we will assess the resident and make a plan of care that will meet their needs. This process will be repeated in 30 days and every 90 days thereafter and as needed when indicated.
As above, these levels of care also apply to the residents who require dementia care (Bishop Hall). Bishop Hall provides residents with an intimate living room, dining room, private bed rooms and outdoor courtyard. All of the areas in Bishop Hall are secured. At Cameron Hall,
we help promote independence and encourage the quality of life during one's progression of dementia.
With any level of care, it is very important that there is communication between Cameron Hall, the resident, and their family. We encourage family involvement and look forward to making this experience for you and your loved one a positive one. |
